Want to cancel my reservation
After logging, please click the menu item "Cancel Reservation" to cancel your reservation.
*If the available cancellation date and time has passed, or if you are unable to cancel due to a credit card error, please contact the hotel.
Please confirm the cancellation fee and press
the 「Agree to the above and cancel the reservations below」 button.
When the following screen appears, the reservation cancellation is complete.
The refund date after the cancellation process will vary depending on the credit card company's closing date.
Please check your credit card statement or contact your credit card company directly.
*It may take approximately 1 to 2 weeks for the card company to confirm the repayment data.
