You cannot change the plan, number of guests, or dates.
Please make a new reservation with the requested information and cancel the current reservation from the management screen.

How to cancel a reservation

Depending on the dates, it may not be possible to rebook the room, or cancellation fees may apply.
In such cases, please contact the hotel.

(When contacting us, please provide the following information):
- The reservation was made through JTB Book&Pay.
- The 10-digit transaction number.※ *This is included in the reservation completion notification email.
