Refund Process After Reservation Cancellation
Once your reservation cancellation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email titled "【HOTEL】Your reservation has been canceled (Transaction No. )".

You can also check the refund amount sent to via email.
If a cancellation fee has been incurred, you can also check the re-billed amount via email.
Please note that exchange rate fluctuations may result in a gain or loss.
For information regarding foreign credit card transaction fees and exchange rates, please refer to the terms and conditions of your respective credit card company, or contact them directly.
Refund Process After Reservation Cancellation
Refund data will be sent to Japanese credit card company on the same day your reservation is canceled.
After Japanese credit card company confirms this refund data, it will then be forwarded to your issuing credit card company (issuer).
The timeline for receiving your refund will subsequently vary depending on your credit card company.
It may take two weeks or even more than a month, depending on the specific card company.
We are unable to confirm the exact date you will receive your refund from your credit card company.
If you wish to confirm the refund date, please contact your credit card issuer directly.
