We have received reports of phishing scams targeting customers who have made accommodation bookings.
These messages, which impersonate accommodation facilities or booking websites, are being sent via apps such as WhatsApp and direct recipients to fraudulent links.

Following our investigation, we have confirmed that there has been no leakage of reservation or personal information from our systems at this time.

If you receive any suspicious messages that you do not recognize, please take the following actions:

Do not click on any links contained in the messages.
Do not enter any credit card or personal information.

Please remain vigilant regarding suspicious messages or unexpected communications.
