(1) Log in to the Reservation Management page and click the "Inquiries" menu.

(2) Enter your inquiry details and message.

 

(3) Please select the category that best suits your inquiry.


Select "Questions/requests for the accommodation" under "Inquiry details" and enter your inquiry details.

・Changing check-in or check-out times
・Meal details and requests (breakfast, dinner, allergies, etc.)
・Transportation-related inquiries (pickup, parking, etc.)
・Inquiries regarding cancellation fees and cancellation policy

Any inquiries received here will be answered by the accommodation facility.
It may take some time for us to respond, so if you are in a hurry, please contact the accommodation facility directly.
