can't issue a receipt

If you are unable to issue a receipt due to a server error or garbled characters, please try changing your device or browser.

If the above does not resolve the issue, select "About Receipts" from the "Inquiries" menu and contact us,
clearly stating the "recipient's name" and "issued amount."

A receipt (PDF) issued by the Support Center will be sent to you by email.
